1. Acceptance

By using the MoebiusPrime website, submitting our lead form, or exchanging SMS messages with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in to our SMS program.

2. MoebiusPrime SMS Program

Program name: MoebiusPrime Customer Care SMS
Brand: MoebiusPrime (sole proprietorship)
Description: A two-way SMS program used by MoebiusPrime to communicate with prospects and clients who have submitted a project inquiry through our website lead form and voluntarily opted in to receive text messages.

Messages you may receive include: scheduling for free consultations, meeting confirmations, follow-up questions about your project, project status updates during any active engagement, and account-related notifications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active engagement with MoebiusPrime, but is typically no more than 8 messages per month. During active project engagements the frequency may be higher; outside active engagements it is typically much lower.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any SMS messages exchanged with us. MoebiusPrime does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out & Help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Once you reply STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from the program. To re-subscribe, you must re-submit the lead form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, or reply START to resume messages.

Consent to receive SMS from MoebiusPrime is entirely voluntary. You are not required to consent to receive SMS as a condition of purchasing our services, submitting a project inquiry, or using our website. If you do not check the SMS consent checkbox on our lead form, your inquiry will still be received and we will follow up via email or phone as appropriate.

7. Privacy

Your use of the MoebiusPrime SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and coverage. MoebiusPrime is not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier issues, device settings, or user actions such as changing phone numbers without notice.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to opt in to the MoebiusPrime SMS program. By opting in, you represent that both are true.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in customers via SMS or email.
